Highights

The guide will pick you up. at the agreed time and place. We will go to Aranjuez, a town located 50 km away. south of Madrid, bathed by the Tajo and Jarama rivers. We will visit his Royal Palace  built in two phases, one in the time of Philip II according to the project of his father Charles V and ordered to the same architects of the Escorial Monastery, Juan Bautista de Toledo and Juan de Herrera. The second phase corresponds to the time of Ferdinand VI and Charles III, with Francisco Sabatini being in charge of its renovation. Among the rooms that we will visit, the Porcelain Cabinet and the Hall of Mirrors stand out. We will walk through the gardens with its fountains from the 16th and 17th centuries, where Master Joaquín Rodrigo was inspired by his work. to compose his “Aranjuez Concert”, the most listened to Spanish musical composition in the world, and we will visit the Museum of the Falúas, luxurious boats used by the Kings until the time of Alfonso XIII  to navigate the Tagus. After the visit we will return to Madrid
