The Episcopal Palace is a group of buildings that were joined together in a large block until the 18th century and of which the impressive baroque façade that faces the Plaza del Obispo stands out, where the building stands and which it is very close to the Cathedral. The cover is the work of architect Antonio Ramos, senior master of the Cathedral. Late baroque style with a central opening divided into three superimposed openings: the entrance, the main balcony and the stone Virgin of Angustias. It combines gray marbles for the background with pink marbles for the columns, which end in beautiful finishes. Inside, there are Mannerist and Baroque style patios, such as the Throne Room, used in other times for receptions of the Bishop. It is worth highlighting the imperial staircase covered by an elliptical vault.
