Highights
Inaugurated on August 27, 1891, the layout of Larios Street responds to the urban planning trends of the time that advocated wide, straight streets and blocks laid out in a grid. The opening of this street was part of a plan to remodel and modernize the city. The objective was to connect the city center with the port to facilitate the transportation of goods.
