Immersive Christmas experience in Madrid on board a panoramic double-decker bus with a content program themed around these dates and narrated live by an assistant of Santa Claus.

Non-refundable cancellation policy: upon formalizing the reservation, a fee will be charged. in your provided card number the total amount of the card. In case of cancellation or no-show, the amount charged for the reservation is not refunded.
Once you physically arrive, our staff will redirect you to your destination. to the line that corresponds to your time to check-in.
There are 2 different areas on the bus: upstairs and downstairs. Once you have completed your check-in, in line order you will be able to access the bus area (up or down) in which you have made your reservation and occupy one of the seats in said area. The places will not be numbered, but will be occupied in order of arrival.
The experience only has an exact time of ascent and an exact time of descent, after its completion. It is It is strictly prohibited to get off the bus once the experience begins, except for reasons related to the physical health of a traveler; in which case you must make the prior request to a member of our staff on board.
