Wheelchairs and access for the disabled

For people with reduced mobility or who get tired easily, we have a free wheelchair service. They can be picked up at Visitor Services by filling out a receipt. and showing the DNI or other official documentation.

For disabled people with reduced mobility or in a wheelchair, there is the possibility of accessing through the exit of each attraction that they can ride. For other types of disabled people, you can obtain information at Visitor Services.

In the Visitor Services Office located at the entrance to the Park you will find In addition, the following services:

During your stay in the park you can leave your vehicle in our parking lot located on Juan Bautista Muñoz Street. The usual rate is 7€ and 8 € in July and August. It remains open from half an hour before the park opens until half an hour after closing.

Isla Mágica has many years of experience offering a specific program for schoolchildren, associations and groups in general, through which it is possible to access very reduced prices if you visit the park with a minimum of of 20 people. In addition, there is a free gift for the person in charge of the group or, in the case of schools, 1 free gift for every 10 students. Come with your friends to enjoy the attractions, shows and fantastic theming of Isla Mágica!

IMPORTANT: The use of masks is mandatory to access the park and in all places where social distancing cannot be maintained, including attractions and closed places.

Advantages for school groups

  • Free entry for accompanying teachers (1 for every 10 paying students).
  • Free access to Agua Mágica for teachers in groups with a reservation for Isla Mágica + Agua Mágica (1 every 10 paying students).
  • Direct access to the park. Entries are sent to the educational center in digital format.
  • Free food for teachers in groups with Admission + Food (1 for every 10 paying students).
  • Wi-Fi zones at various points in the park.
  • Discount vouchers on individual tickets for subsequent family visits by teachers during the 2021 season.
