Included

Changes and cancellations: 17 days before without charges. Between 16 and 5 days before, the fee will be refunded. 75%. Between 4 and 3 days before, the fee will be refunded. 50%. With less than 48 hours notice the expenses will be 100%. You must request it before 12 noon (AM).

If you do not show up at the scheduled departure time, the consumer will not have the right to leave. right to return. Nor will it proceed cancellation in the event that for reasons of force majeure beyond the control of the company responsible for the service, the activity must be suspended.
