In 1572 it was completed. the work in the City Hall building under the mandate of the Corregidor, Don Juan de Pisa Osorio. The structure of the building expanded over time, by adding two bodies of buildings: the first expansion took place during the 19th century. XVIIand the second in the 18th century.  The first of these modifications is observed in the part of the façade that contains a wrought iron balcony from 1632 and the second extension is from 1779, as well as The commemorative plaques on the façade, which we located next to the tourist office, attest to this.

It is built on two floors. On the upper floor was the Chapter House  place where they met They hold the chapter of councilors to decide on important matters of the city. It is currently the Commission Hall, where its Mudejar armor stands out.

On the ground floor we can find the Room of Justice (currently the Mayor#39s Office, Press and Protocol).

On the façade of the Town Hall, next to Panadería Street, we find several commemorative plaques and a sundial.
