Old palace house of the perpetual ruler of the city and warden of its castle, D. Alonso de Bazán, who ordered the in his will to turn it into a hospital to house the poor of the municipality. It is organized around two patios: One that faces the main door, with a gallery of semicircular arches on columns topped with capitals decorated with Segovian-type balls.  The second on a higher level, located to the right of the previous one.

In its interior, three interesting Mudejar armors of pair and knuckle are preserved (a set of gabled wooden pieces that, joined together, They support the cover or roof of a building), with a sober decoration of lacework (ornament formed by straight interlaced bands) on their braces (horizontal pieces of roof reinforcement). It is worth highlighting the basement nave covered with two false vaults made of brick courses that rest on two columns.

Inside the building there is a small chapel possibly remodeled in the 18th century, with a vault on pendentives (each of the four curved triangles that support a generally hemispherical vault), with the coats of arms of the Bazán, the municipality and two others.

On the outside, a view tower stands out, with a hipped roof, located to the southwest and topped by three arches framed by alfiz (rectangular molding that frames the outside of an arch) on its long side, made of stone with balusters in the central opening, blades and rosettes on the two sides, small rosettes on the threads of the arches and shields on the spandrels (surface delimited by an arch and the alfiz that frames it); The arch on the smaller side follows an even structure in its decoration and presents a large, eroded shield in its center.
