Highights
Inaugurated in 2004, the new Science Museum has nine floors, six of them underground. It has eight spaces:The Science Plaza: to experiment with interactive modules that will help us discover and scientifically understand the elements of nature.The Geological Wall: an installation with seven real rock cuts that illustrate a geological structure of the Earth and is accompanied by an experiment that shows the geological processes that have originated it. The Flooded Forest: it is a reproduction of a forest of more than 1000 m2 of the Brazilian Amazon jungle, in which you can see 80 species of plants and 52 autonomous animals. ;ctonos. The Room of Matter: offers a tour of the history of matter from the Big Bang to the present. The 3D Planet: contemplate the Universe in 3D, learn about the different moments in its history and witness the most spectacular cosmic phenomena.
