The Terradas sisters owned three adjoining apartment blocks on Avenida Diagonal in Barcelona and Josep Puig i Cadafalch unified them. It was built in 1905 with a large Gothic-style façade that looked like a castle. with four towers with conical roofs, which are what give it its name.

The Gothic Castle in the middle of the Avenue is a great attraction for visitors. Just  Looking outside is fascinating. The brick of the façade is combined with the wrought iron work of the balconies, with sculpted reliefs of neo-Gothic reference. and in the stained glass windows.

The iconography of the building plays a relevant role in the Casa de les Punxes project, where the new technologies incorporated, the fusion of video and animation It is one of the great attractions: through the recreation of spaces, landscapes and situations and inserting, at the same time, real and fictitious characters to expose the legend of San Jordi.
