The permanent collection of this cultural institution is one of the most important in our country since it has numerous collections and donations that have been produced since its opening in the 80s of the last century and an innovative museum program to bring its eight main axes focused on the to all audiences >avant-garde of the first half of the 20th century and subsequent trends. These strong points are Julio González and Ignacio Pinazo, who are the two fundamental references at the beginning of Modernity, Analytical Abstraction , Dream Poetics and Dada, Informalist Gesture, Reality and its Chronicles, Urban Cartographies, Individual Mythologies and Contemporaneities between the years 1980-2010. In addition to these discursive lines, the museum has heritage from different geographical areas and cultural contexts, whether Valencian, Spanish, European, Latin American or North American, among the most popular in the collection. n.
