Long description

The Rice Museum of Valencia is located inside the MolĂ. de Serra, built at the beginning of the 20th century in the Cabañal neighborhood. This mill had spectacular modern machinery for its time that was restored by the Polytechnic University of Valencia to show visitors how the task of processing rice was carried out in the last century. > Since 2003, and thanks to the City Council, this space has been dedicated to this centuries-old tradition so deeply rooted in the city.
