The permanent exhibition of the Valencian Museum of Ethnology is organized on three floors around five patios in which we find five thematic blocks called: the lived city, the orchard, the marsh, the dry land and the mountain. In them we can contemplate a series of artifacts related to domestic space, meeting spaces, and workplaces. It also has temporary exhibition rooms, a large specialized library, the assembly hall called ""Salón Alfons el Magnà ;nim"", shop, cafeteria and a space for holding educational workshops. This institution is very aware of global cultural diversity, which is why it programs a multitude of activities such as Etnomúsica, Etnocuina, Etnocinema or Etnopobles, which focus on current global interculturality. To this end, it develops research programs on ethnological heritage, publishes a magazine and two thematic collections of books and collaborates with numerous city councils in the recovery and dissemination of local heritage.< /p>
