Highights
This park will occupy about230,000 square meterswhen the winning project by landscape architect Kathryn Gustafson is completed. In this design there are different walks structured around two main axes: water and vegetation in which we can find typical species of the Valencian garden, diversity of floral species and other infrastructures dedicated to the little ones and of an educational nature. This plan has the peculiarity of adapting the existing historical buildings that were designed by the architect Demetrio Ribes in the 20th century and that have formed part of the city's railway structure for the new ones. uses of the park.

The Central Park of Valencia is a recent project that aims to recover extensive land that was occupied by the train tracks and that have separated some neighborhoods from the city for decades, currently this backbone plan has The objective is to create a green area in addition to other infrastructures where cultural activities can be carried out. The four main points of the Central Park are the Plaza de Demetrio Ribes, the Garden of the Orchard, the Kindergarten and the Romantic Garden.
