The Chromatic Museum has been installed in an area of the Monastery of the Immaculate Conception, which was founded in the 15th century by order of Beatriz de Silva on the foundations of the legendary Galiana Palaces built in the 11th century by the king of the Taifa of Toledo, Al-Mamun. A place with more history could not have been chosen for this exotic collection of painted instruments, among which we can find guitars, trumpets, violins or even a piano. Some of the most representative artists who have left their mark on this collection are Carlos Galván, Manuel Luna, Enrique Donoso, Tomás Castaño, Fátima Azorín or Miriam Díaz Aroca, among others. In this space we can enjoy these precious objects in an unparalleled location, definitely an innovative plan to do on our visit to Toledo and that will not leave you disappointed. indifferent to anyone.
