The rock bullfighting arena has an innovative structure that is characterized by having all covered locationsand for housing the Bullfighting Museum in its basements where you can visit five rooms dedicated to different topics such as the visitor himself, the town of Roquetas de Mar, the world of bullfighting, the life of the cattle in the fields and in the plaza and where you can see projections and press conferences.

The main festival of the town is celebrated at the end of the month of July and is dedicated to Santa Ana, at which time a great bullfighting festival takes place with bullfights with recognized top-level figures from the world of bullfighting such as Enrique Ponce, Julián Ló ;fish “El Juli”, Finito de Córdoba, Manzanares, El Fandi, Perera, Rivera Ordoñez, Padilla or the Almerians, Ruiz Manuel and Torres Jerez, among others, who have put the city of Roquetas de Mar on the map of the most important agendas in this world, a fact that has been recognized with countless awards that are exhibited in its museum.

Long description

This modern bullring known as ""El coso salinero"" was built in 2002 to house 7,800 lovers of the bullfighting world during the rock celebrations. The property has wonderful municipal management that has managed to make this square a urban planning element that supports the city and another great tourist attraction that has turned it into a yes ;symbol of the city, since it is also used to celebrate other types of cultural and musical events. Nowadays it is visited by thousands of people every year ;os being a reference for both bullfighting followers and other tourists.
