From the moment of the saint's death the inurture was left in ruins. sacred for having been the place where the event took place. Currently this Museum of San Juan de Dios has twelve rooms to exhibit its permanent collection, galleries where the numerous works and objects related to the saint are displayed, strong> a beautiful Andalusian patio and a chapel. In addition, next to the museum there is a nursing home that provides assistance to more than eighty people, bringing the hospital work of San Juan de Dios to this day.

The San Juan de Dios Museum is dedicated to the figure of thissaint who lived in the 16th centuryand that he died of pneumonia in this same building in the year 1550.
