Highights
This ancient structure is part of the structures attached to the Convento del Carmen Calzado de San Andrés, next to the old medieval wall of the city. The well was built seven meters deep and covered with a slate vault to store the snow that was brought on mules from the mountains of Francia and Béacute. ;jar. Between the years 2016 and 2017, a series ofrehabilitations have been carried out in the architectural complex to be able to carry outguided tours of the well, the gardens, the convent and the underground tunnelsthat are found in the surrounding area and that connect the monuments.
