PRESENTATION	Highights Short description Monday. Long description The famous Church of San Marcos located in the city of Salamanca is a unique monument for having aunique round floor plan. The temple was built between the 11th and 12th centuries in the Romanesque style typical of its time in a space inside the historic center, next to the Puerta de Zamora of the old medieval wall of the town. After suffering various events in history, the church was completely restored in 1967 and currently stands as one of the oldest symbols of the city .
