This museum is dedicated to the history of the pilgrimage in the context of the Camino de Santiago, as well as as the history and evolution of the city.Declared an Asset of Cultural Interest in 1985
It opened in 1951. Built on the building that occupied the former headquarters of the Bank of Spain. It has six rooms where works of art, documents and photographs from all parts of the world related to the pilgrimage are exhibited. Since July 2012, it has been part of the museum complex along with the Casa do Cabido. From its skylight you can see wonderful views of the cathedral and a large part of the historic center
From Tuesday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
