<p style="text-align: justify;">Cármenes are the <strong>typical urban housing</strong> of the oldest neighborhoods in Granada. Estates with <strong>green spaces, orchards and gardens</strong> built for the enjoyment and delight of those who live there. they lived. The Carmen de la Victoria, located <strong>on the Albaicín hill</strong>, also has privileged views of the Alhambra palace.</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">On the hill and surrounded by other carmenes, the Carmen de la Victoria stands as the <strong>only public carmen of the city</strong> that still preserves the essence with which it was built. there by the end of the 19th century. It is a <strong>garden house </strong> that was purchased by the University of Granada in 1945, and since then it has been served as a <strong> residence of Moroccan students, College of Residence and today Guest House always open to students of the University. As a visitor we will not be able to rest in its rooms but we will be able to take a pleasant walk through its facilities.</p>
