With the name Pozo de la Nieve we know a structure built in the 18th century that had the objective of storing snow< /strong> which was used to make ice cream or sorbets. This ancient structure is part of the structures attached to the Convento del Carmen Calzado de San Andrés, next to the old medieval wall of the city.
