Old monastery of S Jerónimo el Real. Declared a National Monument in 1925. The primitive monastery was located on the Pardo highway. The Catholic Monarchs moved it to this place in 1503. With the expansion of the Prado Museum in the 21st century by Rafael Moneo, the cloister has joined the art gallery.
